Batman: The Dark Knight Soon at Online Casinos

Leading online casino software provider Microgaming have pulled the rug from underneath its rivals and grabbed the rights to Warner Brothers popular Batman Dark Knight films. The Dark Knight is the first DC comics based slot game from Microgaming, of what we can only hope will be a series of Batman-themed games.

The Dark Knight 25 line slot is expected to release on the 28th of June, ahead of the must see Batman The Dark Knight Rises film due for release this summer. The slot based version of this film is slated for release some time in 2013.

The new Batman slot will be replacing the hugely popular Microgaming slot The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring based on the blockbuster film trilogy. While there is no official comment as to why the game will no longer be available, it is likely something to do with royalties.
