When he did show up for the game against England he scored twice, giving his team 3 important points and crashing most of England's hopes to do something substantial this World Cup. 

Uruguay's last game against Italy was a glorious struggle which ended 1-0 for the Uruguayans and Suarez looking at a massive ban from international football after he bit Giorgio Chiellini's shoulder. It's unlikely that Suarez will play today - Uruguay will be looking at players like Diego Forlan and Edinson Cavani to shine in light of his absence.
