Bet live on the Sky Bet Championship Yorkshire Derby meeting between Rotherham United and Leeds United, today at 7:45pm UK time.
Rotherham's New York Stadium is the venue for tonight's Sky Bet Championship Yorkshire Derby between Rotherham United and Leeds United (7:45pm UK time). Located in the middle of the Championship's table, both teams will be desperately looking to collect the three points from today's match.
Rotherham is currently positioned 17 in the table with 12 points (3w, 3d, 5l). Their last victory was a 2-0 against Blackburn in late September, but the one before that was an away victory against Millwall in late August. They did however manage to squeeze a draw against the table leaders Norwich on their match a fortnight ago, but ahead of their meeting with Leeds they have even more problems, namely the absence of Argentine international striker Luciano Becchio. Becchio suffered a fractured heel in a behind-closed-doors friendly and will be out for at least 6 weeks.
Leeds is coming on into this game in a slightly better position than Rotherham, sitting on the 14th spot in the table with 15 points (4w, 3d, 4l). The Whites have had a new full-time manager appointed next month, Darko Milanic, who has not tasted victory with the team so far. The first game was an away 2-0 defeat, next was a goalless draw against Reading and then a 1-1 draw against Sheffield.
Some of Milanic's decisions were criticized, especially not giving Brazilian playmaker Adryan a chance at a real match, and the fact that he hasn't included forward Billy Sharp in the starting line-up for Leeds.
