BetSoft Gaming has accounted its plan to deploy a new platform through which all of its existing and future HTML5 content will be delivered. Shift™ has been designed go give BetSoft a dependable software platform that is the company’s answer to a technology challenge that has been growing for some time now.
Replacing Flash Player
Shift™ has been made in response to Adobe abandoning its Flash Player, which has been used by many casino software developers in recent years. Flash Player was especially popular for deploying HTML5 gaming content that is compatible on desktop, tablet, and smartphone. Essentially, BetSoft is taking control by making its own platform rather than siding with another third-party.
When developing Shift™, BetSoft ensured the platform could be accessible on the most popular web browsers, and without the need for players to install and update software plugins from third-party companies. In making the announcement, BetSoft revealed that Shift™ will be compatible with Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
Improved Graphics
BetSoft revealed more good news when saying that Shift™ will actually represent an upgrade on Flash, as the platform has been designed to feature a next-generation graphics engine. This company has been renowned for creating cinematic experiences in its 3D slots, so the graphical quality will be welcomes by operators and players alike.
Fundamentally, Shift™ is a more efficient graphics engine than Flash, which means BetSoft will have superior capabilities compared to all of its previously released games.
