Victor Chandler has launched a new website, BetVictor, to cater to online poker players excluded from the Entraction network. VC is the first internet poker operator to find a solution for players from these four countries.

All four countries were excluded from playing through VC Entraction Network on November 1, after an IP block was enforced because of the company's purchase by American-based gaming company IGT in June.
