The €10,000 donation was allocated to repair club premises and address various organizational needs. Additionally, a significant portion of the funds has been dedicated to launching the 'Urban Nature Project – A Macro Story.' This new initiative is designed to help students engage with their urban surroundings in a hands-on, multidisciplinary manner, blending elements of nature with cinema and audiovisual techniques.

Collaboration with Gonçalo Almeida

Central to the Urban Nature Project is the collaboration with acclaimed cinematic artist Gonçalo Almeida. Born in Portugal, Almeida has established himself as a prominent figure in fantasy cinema, directing and producing notable films such as Faz-Me Companhia, The Girl from Saturn, and The Advent. Under his guidance, students will embark on nature walks and learn essential cinematic techniques, including narrative development, filming, and editing. This hands-on experience aims to foster environmental awareness, enhance creative skills, and build stronger connections between the school, community, and the natural world.
