Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland unleashed chaos on the entertainment world with the 2013 release of the oddball cartoon series Rick and Morty. Years after winning over legions of TV viewers, there will now be a Ricky and Morty slot for fans to enjoy from 2020 and into the future.
Megaways Inclusion
Blueprint Gaming is the software provider responsible for securing the rights and developing the quirky slot game. For Rick and Morty Megaways, Blueprint has opted to secure access to the Megaways feature developed originally by Big Time Gaming.
For this video slot, there are six reels and each can display symbols in one position or multiple positions. By including Megaways, the slot will be capable of expanding the standard reel positions top open up new ones from above. To make that happen, players will have to create a sequence of wins with the aid of cascading symbols.
With the inclusion of Megaways, this gives the Rick and Morty slot up to 117,649 ways of winning. In the beginning, however, the on-screen value will show that 1,152 are currently active. Of course, it’s possible for that number to increase following the success of creating cascading wins.
Free Spin Formats
Wilds, scatters, and mystery symbols have been included, with the latter able to transform into base game symbols. Four or more scatters, meanwhile, are able to initiate one of four types of free spins. Option number one is Mystery Free Spins, which provides a random number of spins and additional scatters.
With Pickle Rick, three or more scatters will increase the number of spins and value of the win multiplier. Federation Wild Spins will then be able to transform an entire reel of symbols wild. Vindicators Free Spins is the last option and can cause all of the special symbols to collect a cash value from their position on the reels.
