Affiliate network Buffalo Partners is preparing to take on the Tough Mudder challenge this autumn. The team has decided to test themselves while also raising money for The Sick Children’s Trust, which is a UK charity that aims to support families that care for seriously ill children in paediatric hospitals.
The Sick Children’s Trust is known for running ten “Homes from Home” that offer free accommodation to the families of children who are undergoing lifesaving treatment. For the charity, the on-going objective is to generate funds to cover the continuous £30 cost of supporting a family in a single room for only one night.
Tougher Course for 2019
The Tough Mudder Classic event has been planned out as an eight-to-ten-mile course for 2019. This challenge is not just infamous for the sheer volume of mud that participants have to trudge over, but also for the 25 obstacles standing in their way. Crawling, climbing, hanging, and all sorts of techniques must be used.
The obstacles are described by Tough Mudder organisers as being “best-in-class”. Promises have also been made to guarantee that 10 new or else updated obstacles shall be used in the 2019 course, thus giving the participants from Buffalo Partners a fresh challenge that follows on from the 2018 event.
