There are only four matches left to decide which four teams will advance to the Champions League Quarterfinals and join the squad's that already made it through. Dortmund, Liverpool, Paris, and Porto are the first four teams through to the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, and we are all eager to see who will be in the competition.
Real Madrid vs. Atalanta
In the first leg, Atalanta received a red card in the 17th minute of play but was able to hold off Real until four-minutes from full-time, when Ferland Mendy knocked in a much-needed goal for the win. Now, with Real at home, no one is expecting them to lose and they certainly have the odds in their favor.
Real has successfully advanced in eight of its last nine Champions League matches when winning the first leg away. Real has won 11 of its last 12 matches against Italian squads and they are favorites to continue the trend tonight.
Round of 16 Match Odds
At bet365 Sports, Real Madrid is the favorite to win and advance to the quarterfinals. The bookmaker puts Real at 2.05 for an outright win, while Atalanta is at 3.30. A draw is at 3.75 but you should expect a Real win.
Manchester City vs Monchengladbach
In their last five matches against Borussia Monchengladbach, City are unbeaten with four wins and a draw. In each of the four victories, City has scored at least 2 goals. To make matters worse, Monchengladbach has not beaten an English team when playing away in any European competition, ever.
It will be a very tough match for the German squad who need to come back from a 2-0 aggregate score after the first leg. The match will be played at Puskas Arena, as was the same with the first leg after travel restrictions in Germany forced the matches to move to Budapest.
Round of 16 Match Odds
Of all the matches in this round, the odds against the German squad are the toughest. bet365 Sports has the Germans at 13.00, while City is big favorites at 1.22.
