Clarion Makes ICE North America Launch, to Wild Industry FanfarePublished July 24, 2018 by Lee R
Industry shakers and movers are already eager and beginning to prepare for Clarion’s integrated ICE North America 2018.
Clarion has announced the wildly anticipated and insightful launch of ICE North America in 2019.
The event will consolidate GiGse and ICE Sports Betting USA into the first ICE North America, set for the Boston Convention Exhibition Centre May 13-15, 2019.
Clarion managing director Kate Chambers said her company is seeking to reduce the volume of individual iGaming events on the calendar as a direct response to discussion with officials and executives across the gaming industry:
“The ICE brand is synonymous with quality and we will be bringing the same levels of professionalism, organisation, commitment and insight experienced by our stakeholders at ICE London to the North American facing interactive gaming community.”
Key Lead Verticals
Chambers identified key gaming verticals of focus for ICE North America as Sports Betting, i-Lottery, eSports and the Affiliate market.
Best of Three Worlds
The sum total of integration for ICE North America includes elements of iGaming Super Show, EiG and Amsterdam Affiliate Conference.
The launch ICE North America is being welcomed within the industry. Scientific Games’ SG Digital Sportsbook senior VP Keith O’Loughlin called the combining of GiGse and ICE Sports Betting USA a move he was pleased Clarion was facilitating at a “cornerstone time” in the history of betting in the United States.
Don Best Sports managing director Benjie Cherniak called Clarion’s announcement “terrific news for the North American sports betting market...in light of the recent PASPA repeal.”
Sportradar global marketing EVP Julie Mossler called the ICE brand “incredibly well respected in the gambling space and just what the North American event landscape needs. We look forward to being an integral part of the experience.”
With these endorsements, industry peers would do well to take not of this momentous occasion on American soil, and sign up before the preregistration likely take all the available space for attendees and exhibitors as well.
