With the end of 2016 literally just around the corner, Leeds fans have a lot to hope for in 2017. For example, they could be back in the Premier League after a 13 year hiatus has left them trying to claw for a chance back to the big time. Well, that time is now and it looks like they are on the right track.
Leeds are currently sitting in fifth place in the EFL Championship league and look like they could improve even more. They are having their best season since 2008, but need to get through tonight's match with a win or at least a draw.
Aston Villa do not have any major injuries, Steve Bruce will have a full roster to throw against Leeds. Lest we forget that Leeds won their first match against Villa 2-0 in their match at the beginning of December, which was Bruce's first loss in eight matches.
Leeds will need to check the condition of a few of their players including Kyle Bartley, Eunan O'Kane and Charlie Taylor.
The Villans have been great at home against Leeds, keeping a clean sheet on three occasions. Leeds though have not been so close to the playoffs in many years and they will be throwing every trick in the book against Villa in order to win or draw tonight.
Prediction
A good bet to make ahead of tonight's match would be on a 1-1 draw, as that could be the best option. Bet365 Sports would offer bettors 6.00 if that is the final outcome.
