Must win for Tottenham against Gent tonight at Wembley Stadium, beginning at 20:05 GMT.
The first leg of the Europa League last-32 match between Gent and Tottenham did not go as the Hotspur wanted. The match ended in a 1-0 victory for Gent and now, the pressure is on Mauricio Pochettino's side to win tonight, and be able to move on in the tournament.
Tottenham will need to win without a couple of players, as Danny Rose and Erik Lamela, both out with injuries. The Spurs have never lost to a squad from Belgium team while at home, tonight they are at a sold-out Wembley Stadium. The Spurs will need to decide whether or not they plan to play all of their home games next season at Wembley, as their stadium is undergoing a redevelopment.
Making the national stadium their home is easier said than done, but Spurs' striker Harry Kane believes it is possible and that they will succeed in doing so. Kane has scored 19 goals over all competitions and will be shooting to increase that number and lead the team to a solid victory tonight. Kane was the MVP of Tottenham's 3-0 win over Fulham in the FA Cup with a hat-trick.
Gent have proven that they can beat an excellent team like Tottenham, but winning away is another story. They will be starting with an attacking lineup, going with Kalinic, Asare, Gigot, Mitrovic, Saief, Foket, Esiti, Dejaeghere, Simon, Perbet and Milicevic. It will be an excellent match to watch and lately, we have been treated to some amazing games in both the Europa League and the Champions League respectably
