Europa League Week 3 Odds and Betting Markets

Surprise leaders in Group K, Hapoel Be'er Sheva welcome Sparta to Turner Stadium tonight at 18:00 GMT.

Turner Stadium, the new home of Israeli league defending champions Hapoel Be'er Sheva has been an enigma for European teams so far. No one has been able to beat Hapoel at home and Sparta Prague hope to become the first ones to do it. Unfortunately, they are the underdogs for the win tonight, as Hapoel has been playing like a team that has been in the Europa League for many years, albeit that this is a first for them.

Hapoel can take sole possession of top spot in Group K tonight if they beat Sparta tonight. Coming off a huge 5-0 win on Saturday Night against Maccabi Petah Tikva, Hapoel are playing excellent soccer and with players that have been together for as long as this roster has, they should only get better from here.

Sparta are currently in third place in Group K, but a win tonight would put them in second behind Southampton. They have a win and a draw after their first two opening matches, but they too are coming off a 3-0 win in their national league and have the tools needed to find a win tonight.

This will be the first time that these teams have ever played each other and the first time Hapoel will have faced a Czech side in its history. The last time that Sparta played against an Israeli side in Israel they were held to a 1-1 draw. Sparta are not a good team on-the-road and will hope to change this with a win tonight. Getting passed all-star goaltender David Goresh is a task that no team has been able to do so far in the Europa League and Hapoel's goalscorers and midfield players are controlling the pitch, while its defense has stopped virtually all attacks before getting in the box.

Europa League Betting

bet365 Sports calls this game in favor of Hapoel at 2.10, while Sparta are at 3.75. A close game, but one that punters can capitalize on and make some decent winnings. The match will most likely be won by Be'er Sheva 2-1 and punters should also take advantage of the live in play markets throughout all 90 minutes.
