Gaming Bridge Now Stretches from Sweden to Denmark

In a show of Scandinavian comradeship, a Swedish gaming software developer has had its Open Games Server (OGS) certified for launch in the Danish iGaming market. NYX interactive, a subsidiary of NYX Gaming Group is behind the move.

With the certification process now passed (incidentally carried out by compliance testing experts NMi), NYX can make its OGS platform available for Danish clients.

This new development caps an exciting and expansionist previous 18 months for the Open Games Server. Not content with integrating a range of content from various Gaming and Entertainment Group suppliers, NYX has also hooked up with UK-based developer 1X2gaming and expanded the availability of virtual sports products through OGS. With the soon-to-be-started World Cup this development is seen as a key marker of the viability and popularity of these platforms.

David Flynn, the Senior-VP of Business Development for NYX Gaming was both proud of the expansion and bullish about future developments and prospects. He noted that the last 18 months had seen OGS grow at ‘an astonishing rate', including a 700% rate during the last 12 months. With an eye on both current and potential future clients, Flynn wants the company to break into other new regulated markets taking chart-topping titles such as; Extra Cash, Queen of the Nile 2, Blackjack Dealers Choice and Dragon Drop into previously untapped areas.

The evidence also points to Flynn's words not being mere hyperbole. NYX OGS is available in the regulated Italian gaming market, the Isle of Man and even Australia - so it seems that it really is taking on a global appeal.
