Packers, Pittsburgh expected to face off after weekend of conference finals.

The resurgent Green Bay Packers head into the NFL conference finals as the new favorite to win Super Bowl XLV, following a string of upsets in the playoffs.

The Packers, who entered the playoffs as a wildcard, have defeated Philadelphia and Atlanta away in the past two weeks to qualify for a match-up this Sunday with NFC North rival Chicago Bears for a spot in the big dance.

Things are just as complicated in the AFC conference championship match, where the Pittsburgh Steelers go in as a warm favorite to progress, but must first beat the New York Jets, also flying high after upset wins over Indianapolis and the previous Super Bowl favorite New England.
