More Time for Participants

Taking place from the 6 to 8^th of February at ExCeL London, the decision to go live a full five months early ahead of the largest cosmopolitan gathering of gaming professionals in the world was a direct response to ICE exhibitors requests for a bigger window to showcase their brands and develop a dialogue with gaming professionals.

Enhanced Registration

To this end, the streamlined ICE registration process further features a pre-populated form which provides former attendees with the fastest possible, click-and-confirm registration experience.

New Participant Zone

Clarion Gaming Senior Marketing Manager Dan Stone added that a zone will be available to participants to meet new demand: “we have also invested in the segmentation of news and content by sector and the creation of a zone for visitors to favourite products and content. The Meeting Planner tool, which was requested by visitors and exhibitors alike, will go live during Q4 2017."

These latest enhancements come on the heels of ICE 2017 turning in the best numbers to date with independently audited attendance up to 30,213 on hand at ExCeL from 151 jurisdictions, good for 6% year-on-year growth and a smashing sixth consecutive year of growth overall.

Widespread Recognition

There has been no shortage of awards for ICE either, including Association of Exhibition Organisers recognition of the conference on the world’s biggest gaming expo in the Best UK Tradeshow Over 2,000sqm category and promoter Clarion Events as the industry’s Most Respected Company of the Year.

With ICE’s popularity growing so rapidly, and Clarion so effectively adapting to new demand, look for more shows to crop up over the course of the coming year and years spreading the organic networking communities that ICE has begat. There will be no shortage of opportunity to attend events on the horizon.
