The autumn affiliate conference organized by iGB Affiliate, which had been taking place in Berlin for the past three years, will move to Lisbon for the 2018 event. Apart from the change of venue, the Lisbon Affiliate Conference, scheduled to take place October 17th - 20th, should still bring together numerous key players from the gaming affiliate niche.
Exploring a New Location
According to Event Director Shona ODonnell, the decision to move this year's conference to a new location has been made based on the feedback from previous conferences, which indicated numerous participants would love to have an opportunity to explore a different place. Therefore, the iGB Affiliate Conference 2018 will take place at Feira Internacional de Lisboa.
According to the organizer, the change of venue has several positive aspects. Firstly, it will help bring in more local affiliates and it might encourage some affiliates who missed the last year's conference in Berlin. Furthermore, the new exciting and vibrant location should give the event a new angle.
Keeping Pace with Changes
One thing that remains true of the iGaming industry is that things change at a rapid pace. Therefore, the Lisbon Affiliate Conference plans to put an emphasis on the change and how affiliates can best keep up the pace and use these changes to improve their business models.

Ryan Henderson of the Kindred Group expressed his excitement about the event moving to Lisbon this year. He hopes the change of venue might entice some affiliates they haven't had a chance to meet face to face before to attend the Lisbon Conference. Henderson also expressed his confidence that Clarion Gaming, the company organizing the conference, will once more come through and create another fantastic event.
