Italian Serie A Betting: Bologna Vs. Juventus

Sol FH. - June 22, 2020

Juventus is on-the-road tonight at 20:45 GMT against Bologna, as Juve seeks its ninth successive title.

The Italian Serie A is back in action after a very long Coronavirus break. Serie A is the final major European soccer league to get back to business, albeit behind closed doors, similar to the rest of Europe. Tonight, Juve will travel to the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium to face 10th place, Bologna.

Juventus leads the league but is just one-point ahead of the precarious Lazio. The Old Lady struggled with consistency this season, prior to the breath and have not been their dominant self league. They were even taken out of top spot a couple of times by Inter Milan and Lazio.

Bologna vs Juventus
In recent history, Juventus has always been the favorite when playing against Bologna. In fact, the last time that Bologna was able to beat Juve was in a freak win at Allianz Arena in 2011. At home, Bologna has not beaten Juventus since 1998. The Old Lady is favored to win this matchup as well.

Team News
It has been almost four months since teams were in action and as such, there are not many injury issues for the home side. For Bologna, winger, Andreas Skov Olsen injured his thigh during training and might not make an appearance tonight. Suspensions are another story, as Striker Federico Santander, midfielder Jerdy Scouten, and defender Mattia Bani are all ruled out for tonight due to yellow cards that were picked up before the Corona-break in their 2-0 loss to Lazio in February.

For the visitors, defender Alex Sandro, midfielder Sami Khedira, Giorgio Chiellini (ACL), and Merih Demiral (Knee) will all be out due to injury, while Gonzalo Higuain (Thigh), and Aaron Ramsey (fitness) are questionable.
