James Schultz Joins Scientific Games as Executive VP

In his new role, Schultz will spearhead a comprehensive selection of government affairs, public policy, and advocacy strategies to synergize the business objectives of Scientific Games. He brings 11 months of experience to the table as a senior associate counsel and special assistant to former President Donald Trump.
Scientific Games has appointed James Schultz as the company's Executive Vice President (VP) of the head of Public Policy & Government Affairs. Schultz will guide public policy and government affairs initiatives to support the gaming and lottery technology provider's growth strategies.
Schultz brings the company a wealth of experience in the field, having served as Partner and Chair of the Northeast Government Advocacy Team at Holland & Knight, Senior Associate Counsel and Special Assistant to the President of the United States, General Counsel and Executive Deputy General Counsel for former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett, and holding positions with the US Attorney's Office and White and Williams.
Most recently, he was appointed to the transition team for Pennsylvania's Governor-elect Josh Shapiro.
In his role at Scientific Games, Schultz will assist customers and associations in advocating for the lottery industry's responsible approach to generating billions of dollars for lottery beneficiaries.
