Unique Event

Kate Chambers, gaming division Managing Director for Juegos` co-organisers Clarion Events, asserted the distinctiveness of LatAm, emphasizing that “Juegos Miami has not set out to be an ICE or a G2E Las Vegas…not a trade show, not a conference, not a networking opportunity – but all of these things wrapped in a single package.”

The invitation-only event is slated to provide unique networking opportunities for the emerging LatAm and Caribbean market via what Chambers distinguished as a “refreshing mix of product, learning, training and socialising” with attendance limited to senior decision makers.  At Juegos, many of the most influential business people, decision makers and regulators in the region will be introduced to exhibitors for the first time.

Some speakers include Waldir Marques Junior, General Coordinator of the  Ministry of Finance-Economic Policy SPE Brazil, Tom Mungham COO, Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and Tiburcio Perdomo Commerical Director of the Loteria Nacional Dominican Republic.

Unique themed programming will include the JCM Global LATAM Golf Classic and the Totally Gaming Academy courses, with 1000 room nights at the Biltmore already booked by invitees.  Representatives from 42 total nations are expected to attend this all-inclusive series of learning,  networking and social events indoor and al fresco on the positively stunning Biltmore grounds.

Implications for iGamers

Latin America is a vast untapped economic market, while the Caribbean represents some of the most attractive venues and economies in the world for operators.  For newer iGaming professionals not invited this year, the post event coverage is not to be missed, as the fresh insights about the Latin and Caribbean markets to be revealed at LatAm resonate into the greater iGaming community for the first time.
