All eyes will be on Real Madrid as they prepare to say goodbye to Xavi Alonso against Sociedad tonight at 20:00 UK time.
Early last week, Xavi Alonso announced that he had played his last game with the Spain national soccer team after 11 successful years. Xavi is one of the most celebrated of all Spanish footballers and was crucial in their winning 2010 World Cup campaign, two European titles and altogether 114 matches. As if this blow wasn't enough for soccer fans in Spain, Xavi dealt another blow after announcing that he will most-likely be moving to Bayern Munich for the next two season in a deal worth £8m.

Madrid is dangerous and will most-definitely be a contender for the league championship yet again this year.

Real Sociedad opened up the season with a loss to Eibar 1-0. The squad looks like they need to play a few more matches together if they want to have any kind of success this season.
