La Liga Preview: Celta Vigo vs. Levante

La Liga Matchday 25 ends tonight at 20:00 GMT with Celta Vigo vs Levante at Balaídos.
When Levante travels to Celta Vigo on Monday night, they will be looking to make it back-to-back victories in La Liga.
The visitors are coming off a morale-boosting 1-0 win over champions Atletico Madrid, while Celta shared the points with Cadiz in their last match.
Celta has 31 points after eight wins, seven draws, and nine losses in 24 La Liga matches this season, putting them in 10th place in the table, seven points behind sixth-placed Real Sociedad.
The Sky Blues, who finished eighth in Spain's top flight last season, will bring a four-game unbeaten streak into this match, having picked up eight points from the previous 12 available, including victories against Osasuna and Rayo Vallecano, as well as draws with Sevilla and Cadiz.
Celta's success this season has been founded on a solid away record, with the club picking up 17 points from their 12 away matches, which is the fifth-best in the division.
Despite winning their past three games in front of their own fans, Eduardo Coudet's team has only 14 points from 12 games at home, the fourth-worst record in the division.
Celta has also won their last two league games against Levante, including a 2-0 triumph in the 2020-21 season's comparable meeting.
Levante still has a lot of work to do if they want to avoid relegation to the second tier. They are now in last place with 14 points, 10 points behind the safety of 17th place.
The bottom team, on the other hand, will be full of confidence after a stunning 1-0 win over Atletico Madrid last week, with Gonzalo Melero scoring the game's only goal in the 54th minute at Wanda Metropolitano.
The win was only Levante's second in La Liga this season, and there is no denying that the club has had a disastrous season, conceding 50 goals in 24 games, easily the worst defensive record in the division.
Since their return to Spain's top flight in 2017, the Frogs have finished 15th, 15th, 12th, and 14th, although they face a tough battle to avoid playing in the Segunda Division next season.
Levante is winless in their previous three La Liga meetings with Celta, though they did win 3-2 in Vigo during the 2019-20 season.
