LAC 2018 Recap: The Biggest London Affiliate Conference to Date

With LAC 2018 reaching its successful conclusion, we're bringing you some of the atmosphere from the floor, courtesy of J. Todd of APCW.
Yet another London Affiliate Conference is behind us now and we can now briefly summarize the event in terms of attendance and other significant factors. To start with, LAC 2018, was a resounding success, being the biggest one thus far, attracting a large number of affiliates and creating ample networking opportunities. This year's LAC is another proof that the industry is booming and improving and that the future looks bright for everybody involved, from affiliates to operators and game and software developers.
Great Atmosphere & Invaluable Insights
Like every year, LAC 2018 provided everybody in the attendance with some invaluable insights about the current state of the industry, latest trends, future prospects, and much more. During the working part of the conference, many interesting and relevant aspects were covered, including legislative changes in the UK and other parts of Europe in light of their potential impact on the industry.
Apart from this, affiliates and other guests at London Affiliate Conference had an opportunity to renew their existing and build fresh contacts in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Todd took the opportunity to sit down with many of important industry players including our good partners from Rewards Affiliates and AffAlliance.
Although the video was recorded towards the end of the conference, so you can't see the even at its peak, the number of brands present at LAC 2018 is very impressive. There is no doubt that those attending LAC 2018 have had an opportunity to see some of the latest inventions and were among first to be introduced to new gaming titles the rest of the public will get to enjoy somewhat later.
All in Good Fun
As is evident from the video, London Affiliate Conference is a relaxed and laid-back event for industry insiders looking to further their businesses. Everything always happens in good fun and, to an outsider, it may seem like this is all one big party.
However, LAC is much more than that. The casino industry may have its own way of doing things, but most guests and delegates take their businesses very seriously. They just like to also enjoy themselves and have a few laughs while negotiating new deals and seeking new partnership opportunities.
With LAC 2018 being a great success, there is little to no doubt that the next year's event will be even bigger and attract even more visitors, further establishing the conference as the go-to place for everyone involved with the gambling affiliation and the gambling industry in general.
