The Denver Broncos are Super Bowl 50 Champions, but all 117 million viewers around the world won a once-in-a-lifetime performance by Lady Gaga.
Prior to the Denver Broncos brilliant victory 24-10, at Super Bowl 50 over the Carolina Panthers, fans at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, and over 117 million viewers worldwide were treated to an unforgettable performance of the Star-Spangled Banner by Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga knocked it out of the park and had everyone at the stadium on their feet, as her operatic rendition left millions with Goosebumps simultaneously.
Lady Gaga was not wearing one of the outlandish outfits that she is famous for, but she did wear a custom red Gucci suit, had long blue fingernails with bright red eye shadow. Her white toned makeup rounded out the colors of the American Flag. Gaga's performance was so riveting that it will be widely remembered as one of the best, and most patriotic versions of the Star-Spangled Banner in history.
Star-Studded Half-Time Show
The pre-game show was spectacular and the half-time show featuring Beyoncé, Coldplay and Bruno Mars. They performed a tribute to 50 years of Super Bowl half-time performances and fans were also treated to Beyoncé's new single "Formation" near the end. The entire production was one of the best in history. Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Coldplay, Bruno Mars and of course the Denver Broncos all came out as winners.
Broncos Beat the Odds
The Broncos were able to beat the odds, as their defense led them to an at times shaky victory. Peyton Manning, now 39 years old has won his second Super Bowl in what could be his last game ever. Linebacker Von Miller was awarded MVP, the 10th defensive player to win the honor.
