Leo Vegas and Edict Shake Hands in Mobile Deal

Leading casino Leo Vegas and German software developer team up

Edict egaming GmbH are one of the most prominent German software developers and they emphasize the importance of developing games compatible with mobile devices. It was only natural for them to sign an agreement with an online casino that is at the forefront of mobile gambling. LeoVegas Casino was the proud recipient of the 2015 EGR Award for “Innovation in Mobile and Tablet” and the obvious choice for promoting the brand-new HTML5 slot games.

LeoVegas Casino Players to Enjoy Merkur Slot Games

Edict is the company behind the popular Merkur video slots and this summer the developer will release the games created using the new technology. They will be delivered to their new partners using the edict Game Bridge, in order to facilitate their integration in the existing collection of games.

As a result of signing this agreement, LeoVegas Casino will gain unrestricted access to the API and their members will be the first to experience the thrills of the new Merkur games. At the time of writing, edict Game Bridge offers just 12 star slots to its partner casinos and the new releases go by the name of Gold of Persia, Double Triple Chance and Extra 10 Liner.

An Important Milestone for Mobile Users

Edict has been developing and distributing software for a plethora of online casinos for many years and they also offer tailor-made solutions. They cover everything from gaming and payment systems to supervision, technical support and maintenance.

LeoVegas Casino will benefit from all that and will also be the first to offer the Merkur slots on tablets and smartphones, with more slot machines to soon follow. Johan Styren, CEO of LeoVegas expressed his enthusiasm for the fact that the online casino he represents is once again ahead of the curve, by introducing the newest HTML 5 games before anyone else.
