Let The Industry Shine: SBC Awards Taking Place Tonight

All of the betting and gaming industry stars of 2016 will shine brightly for the world to see.
The SBC Awards is wonderful way to end the year, with 15 awards recognising the leading companies in the sports betting industry.
The Event
Recognising and rewarding expertise and innovation in the betting and gaming industries, the gala will be held tonight at 19pm UK time, at Stamford’s lavish events center Under the Bridge, underneath Chelsea FC’s Stamford Bridge stadium.
Under the Bridge
The unveiling of the new Under the Bridge is an event in itself, as one of London’s leading venues recently underwent a £30 million makeover that all attendees will be among the first to see.
Star Host
Event host will be Sky Sports’ Hayley McQueen, who has been sponsored by Argyll Entertainment to present all award winners and induct three new industry members into the SBC Hall of Fame.
World’s Sexiest MC
Mastering the proceedings will be none other than 2009’s official World’s Sexiest DJ: sponsored by EnergyBet, Kellie Acreman will be entertaining the 500 attendees with a mastermix she has prepared selected just for this occasion.

New Judging Process
The judging process for this year has taken on a new twist as well, comprised of two methods. The first is the Overall Awards which will be put to vote by industry experts who have attended this year’s Betting on Football and Betting on Sports Conferences. This will be combined with a judging panel for the first time, with hand-picked judges helping choose the most ground-breaking entries in the Innovation Awards.

The judges panel will include LeoVegas CEO Johan Styren, Fortuna Group CEO Per Widerstrom, and MarathonBet CEO Viktor Hoffmann.
