Much can be said about the 49ers this season, both on and off the field. Things are not as sunny for Jeff Fisher's Rams, a team riding a two-game losing streak with just a single win on the season—which came via a two-point win against another one-win team, Tampa Bay. If there is some good to be said about the Rams’ disappointing start to 2014, it is that they have a passing game that is as good as any in the league.
Injury Report
Both teams are relatively healthy, which should make way for a real NFC showdown. For the 49ers, Tight end Vernon Davis is still questionable and for the Rams, Running Back Zac Stacy is questionable.
Keys to Victory
The 49ers need to capitalize on the weaker St. Louis run defense. St. Louis has the leading passing defense in the NFL and with San Francisco struggling through the air expect their run game to take down the Rams.
