Now in round 3, players are seeing the filed be thinned out and get the feeling that they could be on center court in the later stages if they can continue winning. Watson beat both Caroline Garcia and Daniela Hantuchova to make the third round and they were both terrific matches. Serena has seen little threat thus far, beating Margarita Gasparyan and Timea Babos.

Williams should be able to handle Watson and expect the UK hopeful to end 6-4, 6-3.
