Aspire is gaining momentum and portfolio content in a new Deal with leading provider Yggdrasil.
Sweden-based market leader Yggdrasil has inked another ground-breaking partnership agreement.
Expanding Yggdrasil's Reach
The “mutually beneficial” content supply deal between the premium online gaming solutions provider and B2B online casino platform and solutions provider Aspire Global will expand Yggdrasil's global slot content reach by supplying content to Aspire Global.
Diversifying Aspire's Offerings
The deal will specifically diversify the Cherry AB subsidiary‘s slots offerings to Aspire customers with the enhanced mechanics and features inherent to trademark Yggdrasil titles such as the smash hit Vikings trilogy and more recent releases Valley of the Gods 2, Multifly!, Lucky Neko Gigablox, and Temple Stacks: Splitz.
The YG Masters Program
The agreement will foster further development of new titles via the YG Masters program, as a partner program which gives independent studios the opportunity to create and distribute top-quality content through Yggdrasil’s global network, which now includes the Aspire network as well.
Yggdrasil CEO Speaks
Yggdrasil CEO Fredrik Elmqvist explained the strategic component of the organisational signing:
“Aspire Global offers a premium platform with operator partners across numerous jurisdictions that are key to us at Yggdrasil. We’ve had a fantastic year so far at Yggdrasil and this deal is another important step as we continue to expand our global strategy.”
Aspire Customer Benefits
On the front end, the deal enables Aspire to offer a comprehensive, one-stop shop technical platform; proprietary casino games and sportsbook; and game aggregator. The solution builds on Aspire's current platform of over 60 operators and several B2C-brands.
Aspire's Market Range
Aspire already has current operations in over 40 regulated markets across Europe, Latin America and Africa.
Aspire Global COO Dima Reiderman said the new partnership “enables Aspire Global’s access to Yggdrasil’s vast portfolio of games as well as top-class promotional tools,” while emphasizing the importance of linking Yggdrasil into his organisation's extensive reach in the “mutually beneficial” arrangement.
Momentum from BtoBet Acquisition
The benefits are bolstered by Aspire's recent 100 percent acquisition of Malta-based B2B Sportsbook Provider BtoBet in a €20 million deal that closed October 1, 2020, with Aspire projecting a “material positive effect” on EBITDA by 2021.
Outlook
The deal with Yggdrasil can only enhance EBITDA take, and additionally increase GGR by integrating the take from each previously prominent brand.
