Massive ICE Conference Launches Event AppPublished December 29, 2014 by Lee R
The largest iGaming conference in the world needs an app to manage attendees' experience.
The incoming ICE iGaming conference is so massive it will have its own App.
Availability and Benefits of the App
The free app will be available to all visitors, exhibitors and delegates operating Android or iOS devices attending ICE and the co-located ICE Conferences at the Excel London from February 3-5, 2015
The app was generated to streamline the ongoing late-breaking developments courtesy of the ICE itself, and will provide users with access to the full event schedule, latest product launches, and information on speakers participating in the ICE Conference and Seminar programme. The app also will support business activities through a unique personal event planner that will track appointments, business meetings, and other networking opportunities.
The app will further help people to get around and make those appointments and workshops with a detailed interactive floor-plan of the 60,000+ square meters of show floor space and facilitate group and team support with an exclusive link to the #ICE2015 social media tag.
ICE marketing Director Jo Mayer explained the need and benefit of the app support, "The ICE app is full of new ways for visitors to engage with the show, plan their week, discover who’s exhibiting, arrange meetings and see who’s speaking. It’s also an interactive tool that allows visitors to post updates and comments in the activity feed, share photos and even earn points and badges for participating.”
Mayer sees the app as a dynamic, mobile window onto the event that helps attendees personalize their conference networking experience for the world's largest gaming exhibition, and calls the tool “invaluable” in terms of helping all attendees get the most out of the conference.
With so much information and activity, the app can clearly play a prominent role in optimizing the efficiency of the experience of all attendees in pursuing specific goals that they want to accomplish during the conference itself.
