MGS Returns Today with More to Offer than Ever

A diverse set of topics and activities will empower all attendees at MGS 2017.

The MGS Entertainment Show is returning, with a key Chinese government official leading an influential summit agenda for the 2017 version.

Key Keynote Speaker

Event organiser and local trade association Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association (MGEMA) further announced that for the kick-off event’s fifth edition November 14th, Director of Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau Mr. Paolo Martins Chan will be the keynote speaker.

Diverse Presentations

Other speakers on the Macau Gaming Show line-up at The Venetian Macao include some of the industry’s most influential and knowledgeable figures across the spheres of regulation, government relations, gaming, entertainment and technology.

More Speakers

The speaker list includes Shun Tak Executive Chairman and Managing Director Ms. Pansy Ho; and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Meg-Star International Mr. Thomas Pang among others. 

Day 1 Agenda

The Agenda kicks off Day 1 with the theme Belt & Road and Smart City, Smart Economy. On this day, government speakers and relevant experts will speak about Macau’s famed integrated resorts and major international tech firms and how smart technologies can integrate with different businesses.

Day 2 Agenda

The Second Day provides a summit brought to you by MGS Supported Entity ChinaJoy offering a speaker series including new eSports Assocciation Macau Gaming are set to elucidate current trends in mobile gaming.

Day 3 Agenda

The third day of the summit will be opened with a keynote speech from Bureau of Gaming Inspection and Coordination’s Mr. Chio Iao Mak.Topics will cover all things next generation gaming, with speakers ranging from university professors to business consultants.

Exhibition Space

MGS will have a floor area of over 10,000 m2. Exhibitors offering a litany of promotional services, memorabilia, and souvenirs, as well as top food and beverages from Asia’s top providers.    

Entertainment

An additional range of entertainment options on offer is set to include after-show dinners, networking and parties as well as a chance to attend the famous Macao Grand Prix.

“The summit will piece together the process for building a model that will drive the Smart City, Smart Economy ethos across the world,” says Jay Chun, chairman of the MGEMA.
