Ivan P. - April 9, 2020

The lucky winner will receive a lump sum payment of €10,735,716 bringing the total paid by Microgaming progressive slots over €26 million mark for 2020 alone.

Mega Moolah, one of the best-known progressive jackpot slots around, has made another lucky player an instant-millionaire on April 5. The surprise win came about at Jackpot City Casino awarding a massive prize of €10,735,716.

Another Big Lump Sum Payment

The latest win produced by Microgaming's progressive jackpot network will, as always, be paid to the player in full and as a lump sum payment. Of course, the lucky player in question will need to undergo verification procedures by the operator prior to money being released.

With this latest win, Microgaming has paid more than €1.1 billion in jackpot prizes to date and in excess of €26 million in 2020 alone. While there were many smaller payments along the way, more than 150 players have won five-figure amounts.

Jackpot Network Continues to Grow

It is no secret that Microgaming progressives are some of the most popular video slots around, primarily thanks to their potential to produce breath-taking wins. However, the company isn't happy to rest on its laurels as it continues to expand its progressive jackpot network with new titles.

A couple of months ago, in February 2020, Microgaming released Wheel of Wishes and Atlantean Treasures Mega Moolah, games created by their partner studios, Alchemy Gaming and Neon Valley Studios. Both of these slots feature WowPot jackpot.

Microgaming has even more plans for this year as their progressive network will see at least one more title added to the mix. The game in question is Absolootly Mad Mega Moolah, which should hit the virtual shelves of online casinos around the globe on May 5.
