The 2018 MLB League Championship Series' are getting down to the nitty-gritty, and all four teams have won at least one game. The defending MLB World Series Champions, the Houston Astros are currently tied with the Boston Red Sox at one game apiece, while the Los Angeles Dodgers are down 1-2 to the Milwaukee Brewers. The action continues tonight, and there are very attractive odds on the market prior to the games, so let's take a look at what's in store tonight.
Astros vs. Red Sox
The Red Sox are visiting tonight and are sending Nathan Eovaldi, the hard-throwing right-handed pitcher to the mound. Following an excellent game against the New York Yankees in the Divisional Series, Eovaldi looks to start strong, but the Astros have been hard on the bats, and it will be difficult for him. The Red Sox are going with their big lefty, Dallas Keuchel, who went 204 2/3 innings during the regular season. He was great against Cleveland, and with the crowd behind him tonight it should be all he needs to get the win.
The Astros for the Win
The Red Sox won game 2 by the skin of their teeth and were crushed in Game 1. Tonight, they will need to do everything in order to beat the Astros on home turf. The Astros are the favorites tonight with bet365 Sports posting odds at 1.76 for the Money Line. The Red Sox are at 2.10. This one should be a solid, win for the Astros that will be the deciding win in this series.
Dodgers vs. Brewers
When the 2018 postseason began, the Los Angeles Dodgers had already won one race. They have the highest payroll of any other team in the National League postseason. They have a star-studded lineup which looks the best on paper, but, they are losing to the lowest payrolled team of all National League qualifiers. The Milwaukee Brewers are up 2-1 after shutting out the Dodgers in Game 3, leaving LA at risk of yet another collapse in the postseason.
As LA tries to even things up, they are sending Rich Hill to the mound. The Brewers haven't announced who they will be throwing.
Another Tied Series
The Dodgers should be able to tie things up again tonight. They are at home tonight, and there will be live in play odds available at 888 Sport. Outright odds have still not been posted.
