The gambling and tradeshow Mecca will bring iGaming into it’s prestigious fold in 2017.
A look towards the end of the year shows a new mega-gaming event sure to turn the heads of the iGaming world by the time it arrives.
New Level?
Held in the legendary royal playground of Monaco, France, the World Gaming Expo WGE from December 6-8 looks fit for the industry’s kings.
Regal Proceedings
The new international gaming trade show will be launched at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, and bring together major industry players from all sectors of iGaming, where a global array of equipment manufacturers, gaming product machines developers and casino representatives from all over the world is expected.
Industry Expansion
WGE is going to deliver a huge audience at the heart of Europe to an industry that is steadily growing, driven by emerging markets in Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Gaming industry leaders, producers, regulators, and media will converge on Monaco to make WGE an ideal platform for networking and expanding reach into new regulated gaming markets within which Europe remains the epicenter.
Conference Goals
As a B2B tradeshow providing unique networking formats, WGE 2017 is set first and foremost to address the challenges and trends in this expanding era of iGaming, through focus on specific aspects such as the financial trading; new payment methods; new gaming markets; and evolving customers' demands and expectations.
The Locale
Monaco is perhaps the capital of land-based casinos, and is also becoming a much sought out conference capital, hosting some seven hundred events per year at this point, with WGE positioning itself as a can’t miss event for the iGaming sector to enter the spotlight.
Promoter Speaks
Promoted by Monaco International Events, the WGE project is led by founder Igor Gamba, who relates that the idea for WGE came to him while on business trips observing best practices across many sectors, when he realised in 2015 that “there was not, in Europe, an event answering the gaming industry challenges,” inspiring him to organise WGE as “the ideal professional trade show to be held in our Principality.”
Outlook
With regulation spreading across the globe in 2017, a superconference to take global relationships to the next level is exactly what iGaming needs. WGE is in pole position to deliver.
