Monday Night Football: Cowboys vs Cardinals

The Dallas Cowboys travel to Arizona to take on the Cardinals in tonight's MNF match-up, live at 1:30 GMT.

The 1-1 Dallas Cowboys take on the 1-1 Arizona Cardinals in the finale of Week 3 in the NFL. Last week, the 'Boys' were destroyed by the Denver Broncos, 42-17, while the Cardinals stole a win from the Indianapolis Colts in overtime 16-13 with a field goal in extra time. Tonight, both teams will be looking for a decisive victory, but let's take a look at which team really has the advantage.

Keys to Victory

Arizona does have the home-field advantage but it will be hard to win, especially if they do not improve their run game. The 'Cards' are averaging just 64 yards per game on the ground and they lost David Johnson to a wrist injury, which will make things even more difficult. They must take the pressure off of Carson Palmer and give him time to make plays.

Arizona has a lot of speed with their wide receivers, as J.J. Nelson and John Brown are two of the fastest in the game. If the Cardinals can take advantage of the Cowboys' secondary, as the Broncos did last week, we will see Arizona in the end zone numerous times today.

Truth be told, the Cowboys' offensive line looked terrible last week. The good thing is that they rarely have two bad games in a row, so expect the O-line to bounce back this week. After being accused of not giving enough effort last week, Running Back Ezekiel Elliot is expected to have a great game tonight.

NFL Betting Markets

To get in on the action for tonight's game, all one needs to do is take a look at the competitive odds at bet365 Sports. The famed UK sportsbook offers the best odds on all NFL games this season and tonight they have the visiting Cowboys as favorites at 1.66, while the Cardinals are at 2.30. This should be a victory for Dallas, but it will be a close game. A solid bet on the outcome would be smart and expect the final score to be something like 27-17 for Dallas.
