Chasing jackpots is more than a hobby for me. It is a way of life that has given me the best and the worst moments that I can remember. Even when I was first starting out and watching Grandpa Duke spin reels, I dreamed about hitting it big, that is, landing a jackpot. I, like most people, wrote my letters at night. I would come home from my other obligations and put a few spins in. I never won much, but it kept the dream alive, especially when I was losing for several days at a time and really hoping to win big. A jackpot now would change everything, I thought to myself.
