In the West, the online sportsbook is offering odds of 5/11 on the Dallas Mavericks to go through to the NBA finals, with Kevin Durant's Oklahoma City Thunder considered just an outside 9/5 chance.
The championship odds see Miami, 7/4, lead Chicago, 9/4, Dallas, 11/4, and the Thunder, 11/2.
