NBA Finals Game 4: Bucks Vs. Suns Preview And Odds
Published July 13, 2021 by Sol FH
The Suns are up 2-0 in the NBA Finals but the Bucks won big in Game 3, setting up an anticipated Game 4, tomorrow night at 2:00 GMT.
It was a big night for Giannis Antetokounmpo, who played down the comparisons people were making to Michael Jordan after he made history in the Game 3 win against the Phoenix Suns. After notching 41-points in Game 3, the Bucks star became the sixth player in NBA Finals history to score 40 points in consecutive games.
The Buck will be at home again for Game 4 and the odds are predicting another win, which would tie the best-of-seven series at 2-games apiece.
Upon hearing the comparisons to the G.O.A.T, Giannis commented, "I'm no Michael Jordan." Giannis joins Michael Jordan, Jerry West, Shaquille O'Neal, Rick Barry, and LeBron James with consecutive 40-point NBA Finals performances.
If he can continue to score 40+ points, he could be on track to threaten Jordans' four 40-point games in a row. "All I care about right now, it's getting one more win, that's all. Just take care of business, doing our job.
"I'm trying to enjoy every single moment of it. I'm going to be doing this for a while - 10, 12 years. I don't worry about the outcome. I want to enjoy the game and I know that by enjoying it I am going to compete as hard as possible."
NBA Finals Odds and Prediction
Game 4 is in Milwaukee and the Bucks are favored to win by bet365 Sports, which has posted for them at 1.54 in the Money Line. The Suns are a bit back at 2.65 but they could easily take a win away from the Bucks, which would be very tough to come back from.
With Giannis playing so well, and the Bucks playing at home, expect the series to be tied up tomorrow night and the action thereafter get even more exciting.
