NBA Finals Series Odds - Heat and Mavs

Miami Heat are ahead in the series and ahead on the sportsbook odds.

After 82 regular season games and a long post-season, it has all come down to this - LeBron James and the Miami Heat up against the Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA finals.

Heat odds favorite

The Miami Heat won the first game of the series at home, which only increased their status as favorite at all online and mobile sportsbooks.

At British online bookmaker William Hill, Miami was being quoted at odds of 2/7 for the championship, while outsider Dallas was quoted at 11/4. Hill had a 4-2 Miami series win as their most likely option in the "Series correct score" category, at odds of 11/4, and was also offering odds of 11/2 on a Miami series sweep.

Over at bet365, LeBron has firmed to 4/7 to win his first ever final series MVP, ahead of his teammate Dwayne Wade and Nowitzki, who are both 7/2. The popular sportsbook is focusing more on individual efforts, and has also opened odds on which of the three will lead the points scoring, with Nowitzki the favorite at 5/4.
