Klay Thompson breaks the single-game 3-point record with an unbelievable 14 three-pointers.
If you were one of the lucky ones to see the game last night between the Bulls and the Warriors, then you saw history made right before your eyes. It was quite an unfortunate event for the Chicago Bulls to be on the receiving end of such court magic, but, Klay Thompson and the Golden State Warriors were just too much to handle.
Klay Thompson broke his teammate Steph Curry's single-game 3-pointer record with 14 three-pointers and ended his night with 52-points. This was not the only amazing feat last night, as the Warriors had racked up 92-points in the first half against a helpless Chicago Bulls team. The game ended 149-124 which is the biggest score this season, and it was really great to see the Warriors' talented bench get thrown in the mix.
Tonight's NBA Action
Another team that we should be talking about is the Toronto Raptors who have dominated virtually every team they have faced this season. But in that same breath, we need to mention the Milwaukee Bucks, the only remaining unbeaten team in the NBA, and, the only team to beat the Raptors, which happened last night.
Toronto is in action tonight against the 76ers with tipoff at 23:30 GMT. Odds not yet posted.
The game of the night though is between the Pistons and the Celtics, the 3rd and 4th placed teams in the Eastern Conference. They played each other just two days ago, a game that the Celtics won by 20-points and gave Detroit its first loss of the year. The game begins at 23:30 GMT and Boston is at home tonight, though most Bostonians are still celebrating the World Series win by their beloved Red Sox.
The odds for this big matchup are well in favor of the Celtics, as bet365 Sports has them at 1.25, while the Pistons are at 4.20. This could be a good time to bet on the visitors because they will be out for revenge.
Thunder vs. Clippers
The Clippers are in a solid 7th place in the Western Conference and are on a two-game win streak, while Oklahoma City is in 13th with a 1-4 record so far this year. 888 Sport will be offering live in play betting markets throughout the game.
