NBA Thursday Night Live Betting: Thunders vs. Warriors

Thunder vs Warriors in a rematch of last week’s incredible game. Will Curry be on the court? Find out at 3:30 GMT.

Steph Curry hurt his ankle against the Thunder last Sunday. That game was one of the most action-packed NBA games this season, and Curry buried a 3-point shot from 37 feet out to win the game in overtime, as the clock ran out. The MVP sat out against Hawks on Wednesday, and chances are, he will sit out again tonight, which mean the rest of the stellar Warriors’ team would will need to find a way to beat the Thunder without him. The Warriors have a chance to tie the Bulls’ 90’s record for most home wins in a row, so there is more on the line than ever.

Curry has scored 40+ points in his last three straight games. He also tied the single-game-3-point-record with 12 three-point baskets against the Thunder. Having Curry on the floor is the biggest boost that any team could ever ask for and he is eager to get back to playing, but not at the risk of creating a bigger injury. The problem is that Andre Iguodala is also questionable for tonight, but fortunate for head coach Steve Kerr, Curry is more likely to play tonight.

Steve Kerr was a central part of the 1995-96 Bulls team that won 44 wins at home, shooting 56 percent from beyond the 3-point arc, and although the team does not really care about the record, it would be an incredible achievement for Kerr. "I said, 'How many home wins in a row is that?' And everybody had a blank stare on their face, so our guys have no clue how many we've won in a row," he related. "It's a source of pride controlling our own floor. We've done an incredible job of that since last year." If Golden State beats the Thunder tonight, they would ultimately sweep the best-of-three series.
