Net Entertainment to Provide Games for Ladbrokes

U.K. gaming and sports betting mega player Ladbrokes Casino has contracted with Sweden's Net Entertainment, which will make it possible for it to offer mobile games and NetEnt's casino suite of games.

Exciting Times for Ladbrokes Casino Players 

Patrons of Ladbrokes Online Casino in the U.K. will now be able to play a suite of casino games produced by the Swedish group Net Entertainment, whose games will join games that rival Playtech provides under the "Vegas" tab of the online casino. 

This includes games such as the Sopranos slot machine, Monty Python Spamalot slot and many others.

Games on the Go with Net Entertainment and Ladbrokes

The suite of games Net Ent will be providing to Ladbrokes includes 70 games, of which nearly half can be played on mobile platforms. Also in the works will be the eventual launch of all 400 games offered by Playtech.

Ladbrokes CEO Richard Glynn noted that the new relationship, when added to the formation in May of Ladbrokes Israel, "has seen us take a considerable step forward in our digital capabilities…" 

He predicted others enhancements to playability and game choice would follow in the next few months. The company had previously pledged to work with "best of breed" online gaming providers.

Net Ent's Managing Director Bjor Krantz said that the new relationship with Ladbrokes is part of the Swedish group's long-range plans for building up its player market in the U.K.
