New iGaming Developments Announced at GiGse Conference

The Global iGaming Summit & Expo, GiGse, took place from July 14-16 at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, and as expected, some exciting new developments were showcased during this exclusive gaming conference.

Payment Solutions Partnership

CrossPay and First Data announced a partnership in which the two are teaming up to provide simple and secure payments to the emerging regulated online casino industry, as well as to the traditional land-based casino industry. First Data is a global leader in payment technology and service solutions, while CrossPay Services is a boutique payment service provider. The partnership looks promising.

First Data recently launched its PayLucky Solutions for legalized online and offline gambling; the product is designed to manage a variety of providers who offer multiple payment options. In addition to check processing, the product offers credit card, open and closed loop prepaid and mobile payments.

“Payments continue to challenge the U.S. online gambling industry and our strategic partnership delivers new solutions to those challenges,” said Morden Lazarus, executive chairman of CrossPay Services. “We will also offer new services to the brick and mortar casino market in Canada through this strategic relationship.”

New Authentication Solutions

Its solutions comes at a ripe time, when business providers are facing a unique set of security challenges due to the newness of the iGaming industry in the United States.
