New iPhones Raise Standards for Mobile Casinos

Mobile casinos have another level to rise to, after Apple unveiled two new iPhones on Tuesday: the iPhone 5S upgrade and the iPhone 5C, a simpler version that will target emerging economies.

The 5S features a number of performance upgrades including a "dramatic increase" in processing speed that will make mobile gameplay so much smoother than before. In more important news for online gamblers, battery life will be "the same or better" than the previous iPhone 5.

The most stunning new feature is Touch ID, a fingerprint scanner for added security. Whether you are using your phone for calls, games, application or gaming, you will be able to log into the phone via the home button and purchase apps from iTunes using your fingerprint as a password.

Like the online gambling industry, Apple was responding to a changing market when it released the iPhone 5C. This cheaper, simpler version of the tech-heavy iPhone 5 will allow it to serve even more customers by targeting emerging economies such as those of China and India.
