Ladbrokes announces new partnership with Chelsea Apps Factory, the goal of which will be to improve their players' mobile experiences.
The Ladbrokes franchise has recently announced its new partnership with a company that specializes in mobilizing businesses, Chelsea Apps Factory. Their goal is to create a single resource for the development of its mobile offers.
The new partnership means that a team of Chelsea Apps Factory will join the Ladbrokes mobile sportsbook staff to work on improving the mobile product, analyzing customer habits and encouraging new technological developments. The first target? The World Cup!
The partnership is another enhancement to Ladbrokes' mobile option, in line with Ladbrokes' move to Playtech's Mobenga mobile platform. It also keeps up the momentum of successful Ladbrokes' innovations, following the launch of Ladbrokes' Exchange in November.
Ladbrokes Digital MD, Jim Mullen, commented on the launch, "With our move to the Mobenga platform on track and imminent, we need to ensure our mobile offer stays relevant for the customer in a rapidly evolving market. In teaming up with expert partners, we are taking the best in the market and applying them solely on the Ladbrokes product with a remit to constantly innovate, measure and improve our product. Customer expectations of the mobile experience are growing rapidly and we need to meet and exceed them to maximize value in this growing market.
CEO of Chelsea Apps Factory, Mike Anderson, commented: "In teaming up with a brand as powerful as Ladbrokes and in co-locating a dedicated team we can see an opportunity for the Ladbrokes brand to really punch above its weight in the market.
