New Partnerships For Bwin.partyPublished February 28, 2014 by OCR Editor
With a number of new developments just announced, bwin.party customers will now be able to play at Stardust Casino on iOS mobiles and tablets, and bet on sports via Facebook.
Formed by the merger of bwin Interactive Entertainment AG and PartyGaming plc in 2011, bwin.party Digital Entertainment have recently made a couple of exciting announcements.
Win.com, which is bwin.party's social gaming operation, have launched Stardust Casino for iOS mobile devices, such as iPhones and iPads. Launched in September 2013, but previously only available on Facebook, Stardust Casino has over 100,000 customers who can share their achievements with others, and give each other special rewards like free spins, playing chips and bets. With a daily Superstar Jackpot prize and fun leaderboard contests, this Facebook app is certain to be successful when it opens in a mobile version.
The casino games have been developed by Boyd Gaming, and cover top titles like Roulette, Blackjack and slots, while the lobby area of the site is a faithful 3D recreation of the original one found in the famous Stardust Casino in Las Vegas.
The next development from bwin.party is to be a social sports betting app, produced in conjunction with Nordeus, who previously built the popular Top Eleven Football Manager app. To be known as Sportster - Bet and Win, it's in beta mode on Facebook, and will be fully open in the near future.
bwin.party Share Sales
Another announcement is that Spring Owl, the investment vehicle started by a Wall Street gaming analyst has bought a 6.1% share in bwin from Emerald Bay Ltd and Stinson Bridge Ltd. This will let Spring Owl appoint a director to the board of bwin.party, bringing valuable experience to this rapidly growing organisation.
These new developments will see some great changes to the range of gaming platforms offered by bwin.party and give their customers even more choice about how and where to play casino games or bet on sports.
