NFL Monday Night Football Preview: Buccaneers Vs Rams
Published November 23, 2020 by Sol FH
Tom Brady will appear in yet another Monday Night Football showdown and looks to take out the LA Rams, tonight at 1:15 GMT.
The Tamps Bay Buccaneers take on the Los Angeles Rams to end Week 11 of the 2020 NFL Regular Season. Tonight will be a crucial game for both teams as the Bucs sit at 7-3, while the Rams are at 6-3. Both teams are currently in the second spot in their respective division. The Bucs, in the NFC South, trail the New Orleans Saints by two games, while the Rams could draw even with the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West.
This game will feature two of the NFL's best defenses, but, both teams are electrifying on offense, too. Brady and the Bucs recorded a 46-23 thumping of the Panthers last week but lost to the Saints in an uncharacteristic game 38-3 the week prior.
The Rams pulled out a tight game against the Seahawks last week, 23-16, and Jared Goff had a great game going 27/37 with 302 passing yards. He didn't pass for any touchdowns but he didn't throw a single interception either.
Brady definitely gets the nod when it comes to the better QB. His offense had an amazing 544-yard performance last week, but, this will be the biggest test for them so far this year.
Rams' head coach, Sean McVay is quite an innovative play-caller, and his quick-paced offense should be tough for the Bucs' defense to contain. The Bucs have not played well in primetime this season, but, this time head coach Bruce Arians changed the practice schedule to accommodate for the Monday Night game.
This game will be close throughout all four quarters of NFL action. The Bucs seem like the better pick.
