NFL Sunday Night Football: Vikings Vs. Seahawks

The Vikings will not be at full strength tonight at 21:25 GMT against the Seahawks.

Week 3 will be a big challenge for the Minnesota Vikings, as they have started their season with 2-straight losses and they are facing a team they have struggled to beat over the years. Making matters even more challenging, the Vikings will be without two former first-round draft picks.

The truth of the matter is, both Minnesota and Seattle will be missing some key players for Sunday’s big NFC rivalry. Seattle is favored to get the win over Minnesota tonight at U.S. Bank Stadium.

The Vikings will yet again be without Anthony Barr and Christian Darrisaw, as both could have been valuable to play against Seattle, but Minnesota has done fairly well with Nick Vigil and Rashod Hill.

The Seahawks will be without a starting offensive tackle and this is something Minnesota will need to take advantage of if they want to beat Seattle.

Rashaad Penny will be replaced by Travis Homer who will likely get carries while serving as Chris Carson’s backup.

The Seahawks allowed an amazing 532 yards in their loss to the Titans in week 2, including 212 against the run. Seattle's defense still has pros like Bobby Wagner and Jamal Adams, but are there major concerns elsewhere? What will they be able to do on defense this week and will Dalvin Cook for the Vikings be able to rack up a huge rush game?

NFL Week 3 Betting Lines

The Seahawks are out in front of the odds, listed at bet365 Sports at 1.80, while the Vikes are back at 2.05 for the outright win. It will be a great game as this rivalry has really picked up over the years.
