As the race for the playoffs continues, few are more exciting that what is going on in the Western Conference Central Division. The Chicago Blackhawks have been on a steady chase after the Minnesota Wild, but haven't managed to take over top spot. The Wild have 75 points going into tonight's game, while the Hawks have 69, but a win would help them get that much closer with exactly two months left in the regular season. This could be a good window into the playoff pictures, as these teams will surely both make the cut.
Both the Wild and the Blackhawks are on two-game winning streaks and are both able to beat any team in the NHL. Jam-packed with talent on all lines, tonight will be an action-packed offensive game, as both set to make a statement.
