Two worlds will collide in a new deal between a Nordic supplier and a Mexican operator.
Finnplay's New App
It starts with Nordic technology and service supplier Finnplay officially launching a new iGaming platform for mobile integrating proprietary games; payments; and third-party providers.
New Playdoit Deal
It continues with an agreement for Finnplay to provide this platform to Mexico operator Playdoit, and finalises with distribution across both Apple store and Google Play for Android.
Finnplay Spokesperson Speaks
Of the deal, a Finnplay representative asserted that "mobile gaming continues a strong growth trend, and players enjoy the convenience and security of gaming on their personal mobile devices."
Finnplay's Expansion
Finnplay representatives also believe that the platform provides a solution for operators and suppliers who are increasingly rethinking their brands and products for the mobile market, leading Finnplay CTO Yang Meng to assert the development as “a big step forward for our platform."
Meeting New Demand
Meng explained how the app is meeting current demand:
"Operators have been asking for this functionality and our team was able to deliver a sleek, multi-functional app that optimises the mobile gaming experience."
Increasing Standards in Mexico
Playdoit representative Roberto Jose Müller was effusive in his belief that the deal is consistent with the higher standards of Playdoit's target market:
"Being on top means to live the future in present and the only way to do that is with the Playdoit Mobile App powered by Finnplay.”
Finnplay's Broad Reach
Solution and mobile gaming specialist Finnplay specialises in developing online and mobile gaming solutions in regulated markets, with licensed operations already in an array of jurisdictions including Bulgaria; Denmark; Estonia; Hungary; Lithuania; Malta; Mexico; Romania; Sweden; the UK; and the upcoming Netherlands market.
Mexico's Market
Mexico's market is rising fast, and expected to grow at a CAGR of 33% during 2020-2026.
Reasons for Optimism
Mexico consumer lifestyles are changing for the better, thanks to an increase in purchasing power. The key driver of growth is rising smartphone adaptation and internet penetration, serving to increase iGaming site access for Mexico customers. After a pandemic-induced decrease in 2020, the market is expected to rebound strongly.
Outlook
The new Finnplay-Playdoit deal clearly represents a robust step in the direction of recovery for Mexico's still emerging market.
